Report Templates
The report templates in ODM consists of the following sections:
Standard Reports – All the standard report template available in the system is under this section
Scheduled Reports – The report template in this section is pre-set with default time range such as daily, weekly and monthly. Report available are such as Log Sheet print out, Alarm List and Alarm Summary
Customized Reports – The customized reports available will be under this section
Generating a Report
Search and View Published Report
The “View Report” page contents all the reports that had been pre-generated, published and shared on ODM-Web. It allows authorized user to search and download the reports easily and quickly.
Standard Report Templates
The report section contents all the standard & customized reports that are specially customized to user requirements. Therefore, the content of this section vary for different customers.
Below is the list of built-in standard reports in ODM system:
Equipment Alarm Reports
It displays the summary of alarm data for the plant equipment. It consists of the following report type:

- Active Alarm Report
- Alarm Summary (by group)
- Alarm Summary (Top 10)
- Alarm Summary (by tag value)
- Alarm Summary (by date range)
Task Completion Report
It displays the summary of the task completion data, which is useful for administration to monitor the progress of the system utilization
Shift Performance Report
It provides task completion comparison data by shifts of the selected shift group. This is useful for administration to make comparison of their shift performance.
Crew Performance Report
It provides task completion comparison data by shifts of the selected shift group. This is useful for administration to make comparison of their crew performance.
Top 5 Operators Report
It provides the top 5 users who have completed the most tasks on time and in shortest time.
