ODM Log Book
Viewing Log Events
ODM-Log Book page provides a timeline display of events / comments logged by the user from ODM-Mobile or ODM-Web over the time.
The timeline displays the summary list of:
-
- comments or details data logged by the operators (e.g. voice comments, images or sketches drawing) when performing the task
- ad-hoc event log created from ODM-Mobile
- event log created from ODM-Web
Edit / Delete Event
The Log Book page enables authorized user (user with Power / Administration rights or with Supervisor / Manager level) to Edit / Delete event via the ODM-Web.
To Edit an event:
1. Click on the “More Menu” icon of the selected event
2. Click on the “Edit” button
3. Update the event information, as follows:

- Message comment
- Category
- Priority
- Location / Equipment
- Attachment Files such as image, video or audio

4. Click on “Save” button to save the changes
To Delete an event:

- Click on the “Delete” button of the selected event
- A confirmation message will be pop up. Click on “OK” to confirm the deletion
- The selected event log and its associated media data will be deleted
To Delete media data:
-
- Click on the “Delete” icon on the top right corner of the media image
- A confirmation message will be pop up. Click on “OK” to confirm the deletion
Edit / Delete Event
The Log Book page enables user to create event via the ODM-Web.
To create a new event:
1. Click on the “+” icon
2. Input the event information, as follows:

- Message comment
- Category
- Priority
- Location / Equipment
- Attachment Files such as image, video or audio
3. Click on “Save” button
