Monitoring Task Status, Data Review & Approval

Monitoring Task Completion

ODM enables user to set up the task schedule and assign it to selective user groups, shift or particular user to perform the data logging for selective tag groups. Once there is a task schedule set up, user will able to monitor their respective task status easily.
Task that is generated from scheduled task or ad-hoc task from ODM-Mobile will appear on this page.
 
In order to search and view the task status data, user has to:
    1. Login into ODM-Web.
    2. Click on “Task” à “Task Status” menu located on left side of the screen.
    3. Enter the filtering criteria such as the data time range, task status, etc
    4. The data will be refreshed whenever a new filtering criterion is selected.
The available main filtering criteria are:
    1.  Date Time range (Start Date and End Date)
    2. Specific shift time (if for the day only)
    3.  Specific Location / Equipment or Tag Group
    4. Task Name – filter by specific task name only
    5. Task Status
    6. Approval Status
    7.   Others:
      • Includes Skipped Records – to display data that has been skipped by user
      • Latest Result only – to display the scheduled task that has been completed recently.

 

Reviewing Data

Along each task session, you may find its task status, start/due date, when it was completed, by which user/crew/shift and its approved status. Any alarm found is indicated beside each task and total alarm count is indicated.
 
Click on “+” icon to display the data collected for the selected task session (kindly refer to figure above).
With this display, any alarm, user comment or its details information such as images, video, sketches or voice messages are easily seen by the user. To review further the historical data or its alarm history, just click on the hyperlink or icon as illustrated above.
 
 

Reviewing Feedback

If there is comment logged by the user, it will be displayed at the “Comment” column. And if there is other details information logged by the user, it will be indicated by the icons above.
Click on the icon above (which is active) to view respective details information

 

Input Comment / Feedback

To input comment and notify the users, just click on the “Comment”  icon and the alarm detail page will be displayed.
The comment section allows user to provide feedback and comment on the specific alarm. At the same time, the user may invite other users to this conversation such that the invited users are notified of any comments made in this conversation.
 
Click on the “Invite Users” button, to include users who you wish to be notified.
Click on the “Post Comment” button to record and post your comment
 
 
 

Approve Task / Data

After data is reviewed and analysed, user such as supervisor or person in charge may perform an approval action by clicking on the button of the selected task session.

    1. The approval window will be displayed.
    2. Input a comment (if any)
    3. Click on the “Approve” button to complete the task approval process.

Alternatively, you may choose multiple task by clicking on the check box of particular task, and click on the “Approve” hyperlink at the top.

Task Summary

 
 
The task summary shows the summary of the task completion performance and statistical information of the selected time range, location/equipment or tag group, etc. Just click on the “Task Summary” icon, and it will display the above summary display, based on the selected filtering criteria.
 
 
 

Calendar View

The Calendar view page provides a different visualization tool, which is better for user to monitor the work load and distribution by specified user, user group, crew or task category. With this visualization, it will be easier for user to plan, schedule and assign task.
