Signing In to ODM-Web
To start access to the ODM-Web page, just open the web browser and go to the following URL: http://ODMServerName/odm5
Note: For Internet Explorer, ODM5 supports version IE 10 and above only
ODM-Web Site Map
Figure above illustrates the site map of ODM-Web. The first page of ODM-Web is the user login page, where user is required to input user name and password in order to login to the system.

Dashboard that enables user to have a glance of the summary status of current task status, alarm, etc
Task – Status
To display a list of task status and task completion summary data, with various filtering criteria. To provide approval features for supervisor / manager user to approve data collected by their respective operators.
Task – Calendar
To display a list of task on Calendar view, with various filtering criteria. This view option provides better virtualization when in planning, scheduling and assigning the task.
Alarm Event
To provide tools in viewing and filtering alarm event list generated from ODM alarm engine
Data Listing
To display a list of data in table format with various filtering criteria
ODM Log Book
To display a summary list of events / comments or details data (e.g. voice comments, images or sketches drawing) logged by the operators
Trending
To provide data visualization tools such as multiple pens trending, table grid, trend pen saving, data export, etc
Position Tracking
To display the device’s or user historical position with refer to scanned RFID or GPS position.
Report
To generate reports from the system standard report template and scheduled report template. Or, to view the report that has been generated.
Modules – Work Notification
To display a list of work notification that is generated from ODM-Mobile with various filtering criteria. This page enables authorized user to modify, delete and approve the work notification and submit it to the SAP system
Tools – ODM Installers
This page enables user to download and install latest version of ODM applications
Tools – Event Viewer
This page enables user to access to the event list for data and user audit trace and system diagnostic purposes

- Change Password
The login user is able to modify his password over the ODM-Web. To change his password, simply click on the User Status and click on the “Change Password” button.
Input the current user password following by the new password. Once this is done, click on the “Ok” button to have the password reset and modified.

- Notification Message
ODM notification feature delivers system messages to respective set of recipients that is setup in the system. Any new messages send to the user will be notified on above screen or by email (if enabled).
The notification feature that is available in ODM are for such as the following:

- Alarm – when new alarm is triggered
- Task – when task is going to start or miss
- Approval – when task, shift log book and work instruction is pending for approval
- Log Book – when a new event is created
- Action – when a new action is created
- Activity Timeline – when someone is mentioned and new message is created

The display of the table column can be customizable by enabling / disabling the column name that is available from the dropdown list.
Note: those not selectable (in grey), is the basic / minimum column required
