Introduction to ODM-Manager
What is ODM-Manager?
ODM-Manager is the key component of the entire solution, where the system database, web server and mobile devices are being managed and configured.
ODM-Manager’s web application supports Web Browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.

Signing In to ODM-Manager
To start access to the ODM-Manager page, just open the web browser and go to the following URL: http://ODMServerName/odm.manager
Input your given username and password. Then click on the «Sign In» button.
Note: This web application is only accessible by user who has Administrator or Power user rights
ODM-Manager Site Map
Figure above illustrates the site map of ODM-Manager. The first page of ODM-Manager is the home page.
Home / Shortcut
Provides quick shortcut menu to some most used functions.
Site Management
To manage general settings for the site, namely the Category, Priority and the shared Attachment files.
User Management
To manage user, user group, work center, shift, crew settings, approver list, approver workflow and user access control.
Location / Equipment
To configure and manage Zone, location and equipment settings.
Template Management
To configure and manage:

- the template / checklist and the settings of its tag and tag group
- the settings of message selection options, common alarm comment and the corrective action guide templates
Task Scheduler
To manage task scheduling and the task abort messages
Shift Log Book Management:
To configure and manage:

- the shift log book template and the settings
- the shift log book scheduler
Mobile Device Management
To manage mobile device account and profile settings

Event Log
This page enables user to access to the event log list for user audit trace and system diagnostic purposes.
License
This page enables user to update and manage software licensing of the system.
Installer
This page enables user to download and install related ODM applications.
Import & Export module
This page enables user to configure the system via the excel file in the Import / Export module.
Email Log
This page enables user to access to the email event log list for system diagnostic purposes.
Notification Settings
This page enables user to modify system notification settings.

Other than filtering from the Search Section, user may perform filtering on each individual column.

- Customize Table Column display
The display of the table column can be customizable by enabling / disabling the column name that is available from the more options list.
Note: those not selectable (in grey), is the basic / minimum column required

- Hierarchy for Location / Eq and Tag / Tag Group
Figure above illustrates the display of Right Panel, which will display the “Hierarchy Tree” for Location / Equipment or Tag / Group. This hierarchy tree not only provides user the visibility of the system configured Location / Equipment and Tag / Group structure, but also allows user to perform quick modification from the tree too by right clicking on the selected node.
The right panel can be displayed by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the page.
Note: Modification to Tag Group / Tag is allowed only for checklist that is created without the Template design.
Getting Started with ODM
In order to get started using the ODM system, the system must be setup and configured correctly as per user requirements.
The general recommended steps or flow of configuring ODM system is illustrated above flow chart
