ODM Mobile cannot view tag after change tag group hierarchy

Problem when change the tag group hierarchy in ODM Manager, the user cannot view the changed hierarchy tag inside ODM mobile.

 To view the changed hierarchy tag in ODM Mobile, the user must update and re save the mobile profile. The steps can be followed below:

 

1. Open ODM Manager.

 

 

2. Go to "Mobile Profile" and then press the edit button like in the image above.

 

3. Then go to "Access Right", after that go to "Tag Group" and re select the newly added tag like image above.

4. The final step is press the "Save" blue button.

 

That's it, the newly added tag will be visible in ODM Mobile.
