ODM Mobile account locked out
This guide is to help when account locked out form ODM Mobile.
There is two types of account locked. Locked because of the "user locked" and the second one is the "IP address locked".
If the user is locked, this error happened because the user tries to login multiple times using the wrong password. To fix this problem, the user needs to unlock the user through ODM Manager. The step can be followed below:
1. Enter ODM Manager page
2. Go to User Profile and press the edit button
3. In the image above, change the Status to “Active” to enable the user, and click the “Save” button. The user can try login trough the ODM Mobile.

The second situation is where the IP address is locked. This situation occurred because too many failed attempts to login using the same IP address. To overcome this error, by wait until the IP address is unlocked by itself. The wait duration time is between 15 to 30 minutes. After the time pass, please try again.
